Hi, I’m Aileen! I am a third year music performance student, originally from the central-belt of Scotland, currently studying trombone at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. I am extremely passionate about working with children, including through music and music therapy. I am also an ex-competitive swimmer, being in the water is still a big part of my life and have several years experience life-guarding and swim teaching.
My Experience
My younger brother has autism, so from a young age I have been heavily involved with his care and supporting his needs. This unique experience has introduced me to a wide variety of children all with different needs. I currently babysit for 2 families in Cardiff (20 months & 3 years) I am fully DBS checked and will provide references where requested.
My Qualifications
I have SQA Scottish Higher Qualifications in English, Maths, French, History, Geography, Politics, Biology, Drama and Music.
I am currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in trombone at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
