About Me
Hello! My name is Rebecca and I am a 42 year old mum of 4 who has been crazy enough to return to university to retrain as a midwife. My eldest 3 children are independent now, but my youngest (Teddy) is 6 and it is for him that I am looking for childcare. I have 3 placement blocks throughout the year and those are the times I find the hardest to juggle. The mum guilt is terrible as Teddy struggles a bit with missing me, so I would just love someone for him to bond with and have fun with while I am away from the house!
My Requirements
Essentially, I am looking for regular before and after school/early evening hours (with school runs) during my 3 x 7 week placement blocks in April, August and January (ish) each year and a few regular weekly hours during the rest of the year. There will be occasional night shifts.
Any salary agreed would be paid the same each week even if there are not many hours to ensure a consistent income for whoever takes the role.
This could work really well for someone who wants lots of free time for lots of the year, or for someone with their own children to work around. I am more than happy for them to join you.
