My Summary

My Experience

Most recently I’ve worked as a nanny for a family of three children aged, 5, 7 and 10. My responsibilities included picking them up from school, taking them to their various activities, making them snacks and dinner, helping with homework/reading. I also have done their bath and bedtime routine multiple times.

Before that I worked as an Au Pair for a year. I lived with a great family with two children in Finland, the youngest was about to turn one and the oldest was two and a half when I arrived. My schedule and responsibilities were very flexible but generally, my day would look like this; getting the children up and dressed for nursery, driving them to and picking them up from nursery, playing with them until the parents got home, cooking dinner and cleaning and tidying up after the children. I would also do light housework like keeping the kitchen clean, hoovering as they had three big dogs and doing the children’s laundry. I would also feed the dogs and take them outside.

I was a younger leader at Rainbow’s (Girl Guiding) for five years. This was with girls aged between five and seven and I would help them with arts and crafts, organise games, and sing songs.

For a year I also volunteered at a Scout Camp as an Activity Supervisor. This was with children aged between six and twelve and I would help run a variety of activities including abseiling, rock climbing, high ropes, and zip lining.

My Qualifications

I have had a recent DBS check and a full UK drivers license.

I have 11 GCSEs and 3 A-Levels
