About Me
Hello, I am a 25-year old qualified primary education teacher based in Manchester who is offering a mobile tutoring service where I come to you in the comfort of your own home. I am a positive, calm and caring person and I love my job. I enjoy supporting children to reach their full potential and develop their own wonderful selves. I have worked with many ages from nursery right though to year 6! I uphold strong phonological and early maths knowledge with my teaching primarily being younger years, so I am full equipped to support early development and truly believe learning can be fun!
My Experience
I have worked with children in primary schools ever since finishing my own qualifications. Teaching has always been a passion of mine ever since an early age and I would love to have the opportunity to support other children. From working as a teaching assistant in nursery and year one to completing my teaching degree with experience in year 6, I understand the needs of different ages. As well as this I have experience within a tutoring company where I was able to support children on a 1:1 / group basis on all aspects on the curriculum.
My Qualifications
PGCE in Primary Education with QTS - children up to 11 years old.
DBS checked
Full UK Driving License
Degree - Combined Honours in Criminology with Psychology (including educational) - graded first class.
A Levels -
Psychology - B
Sociology - A
Economics - B
GCSE’S - 10 graded A* - B - including Maths (A) and English (B).
My Availability
I am a full-time teaching in a mainstream school so I am available most evenings and weekends.
Prices start from £30 per hour as I offer a mobile service & provide my own resources. Discounts are available for bulk sessions, but if you wish to discuss further send me a message!
