Hi there :) My name is Maisie and I'm a British-American who's recently relocated from New York, and I'm looking to connect with families in North London. I'm a Freelance Photographer, Cinematographer, and Camera Assistant with a creative and playful spirit with a passion for working with kids. I also have experience as a swim and dive coach, chef, waitress, runner, and busser, however my main focus is in the camera department. I love to swim, dive, draw, cook, travel, take photos, go to galleries, read, explore new places, and spend time with my large family (there's 6 little ones in my family now, whom I adore and spend as much time with as I can)! I'm a responsible, honest, kind, smiley, and fun individual, and I'm looking forward to connecting with you!
My Experience
I babysat for a family back in Upstate NY and NYC for years as the kids grew up before I went to university. Last year, I was with a family (3 kids) for almost a year (up until I relocated to the UK); picking them up from school in Manhattan, taking multiple forms of transportation to get them home in New Jersey, cook their tea, clean up, play, read, and put them to bed. I've been missing that experience of looking after kids as they grow, and am looking to find another family who I feel a connection with!
My Qualifications
I have my DBS Certification and am in the process of getting my First Aid Certification again!
My Availability
I am freelance filmmaker and also working at a coffee shop in Archway part-time, so my weeks are always different! Regardless, I'm a very flexible person and more than willing to make things work :)
