Haven’t actually met Courtney and whilst trying to arrange meeting with my family to discuss our needs and if all ok arrange start date immediately, she was a no show despite confirming and no communication before or after the no show. Time wasted for no good reason.
Overall
She was very friendly and the most important thing she was following our rules strictly and she followed my baby routine as I said to her. My baby was in a bad mood and crying a lot but she knew how to handle the situation and calm him down. I strongly recommend her and I would choose her again for sure when I would need. ❤️
