My Experience

As a compassionate and motivated professional with finely honed abilities in community resource coordination , child safeguarding and advocacy, I possess a wide range of knowledge and talents that will allow me to contribute toward the success of your organisation/Nursery.

As a room leader in my previous Job role, I was responsible for the overall running of the assigned baby Room then later, the playroom using the Early Years Foundation Stage E.Y.F.S methodology.
I delivered and maintained high quality care that stimulated children and aided each child's personal development. I was involved in supervising other playroom staff, sharing professional knowledge to improve practices, and making sure all regulatory requirements were complied with in the setting.

As a room leader,I built positive relationships with staff, but also with the parents and minder of the children. This ensured open communication, so everything operated smoothly and to a high standard throughout the playroom, including children’s education, care, and playtime.
