I have 3 years of experience working alongside children from birth up until 7 years old. I have worked in schools, nurseries and private nurseries. I am a fully qualified level 3 nursery practitioner. I am also studying a level 6 bachelors degree in childhood studies.

Rimshah was nanny for our son for 4-5 months. Our son really likes playing with her. She’s very active, resourceful and knows what keeps kids happy.
The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is that even though when she comes she comes on time but she took many days off with us and our son’s pre existing attachment issues worsened due to that due to inconsistent care provision. Mondays were almost always taken off. And as the time went on the inconsistent coming in became more and more frequent.
She is an amazing nanny when she comes but kids do need consistency with the one person who’s coming in to look after them and play with them for 4 hours in the week days.
She is also very good at giving advice due to the large amount of experience with kids that she has if only regularity could be worked upon. Or some days can just be taken off the schedule of availability when making time is difficult to be a nanny as well.
