About Me
Hello, I am Pauline. I live in West Thamesmead. A mother of two, a boy and a girl. I provide an opportunity where learning and play meets the Early Years Foundation Stage and is combined with fun, peace of mind for children and parents.
We encourage children to explore and become occupied, in a smarter, stronger, wiser, way to develop their confidence for a better tomorrow and belonging in their community.
Our aim is to provide Children with support be thoughtful, respectful, caring and loving other children.
Children will identify ,develop their uniqueness, abilities, as the starting point is always with them.
The setting is situated next to a park with plenty of space to play and facilities for exploration. I am a sociable individual , I loves meeting and making new friends from all cultural backgrounds. I have a Nursery Nurse qualification and have over 24 years of childcare experience working with young children from 6 months to the age of puberty. I have previously worked as a Pre - School Teacher prior to childminding. The setting maintains a strict ratio defined by OFSTED and have a DBS registration since 2006, my recent OFSTED inspection was 25th April 2024.
I believe that being brought up in an atmosphere of love, fun, safe and secure environment is the greatest gift you can give your child and it's free. The children will be safe, secure in my care because we have monitored security system in the premises.
We are Open from 7:30 am - 7pm Monday to Friday.
We offer Free Government 15 to 30 hours for 9 months old, 2, 3, 4 years old.
We provide drop offs and pick ups at Heronsgate and Discovery Primary School. In the setting we provide After School from 3.30 till 7pm for all ages.

Pauline is the best childminder I could ever imagine for my son. I have never met more flexible person than her. Before I found her I was really worried if I would be able to trust anyone to care about my son but Pauline created such peaceful and wonderful environment that adapting process went very smoothly. My son loves her so much, always leaves the place happy. Pauline offers a variety of educational games and activities. My son made a very big progress in his development. Pauline always updates me on it. What is most beautiful about Pauline, is that she treats kids if they were her own. She's a lovely, proffesional and caring woman therefore will always recommend her :)

Pauline nutures and looks after my daughter just as I would do. She is very understanding, accomodating, flexible and helpful. She provides a very warm, friendly , lovely and peaceful environment for kids to grow in and she is a very lovely person. She has been very instrumental in my daughter's bringing up in many ways, especially with the lessons and activities she engages all the kids in. My daughter is very happy being in Pauline's care and she loves Pauline and her family. Pauline's services are very good and I will recommend Parents to use Pauline's Childminding services any day, any time.

Pride childminder provides excellent service giving the children a well stimulated , caring and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. Also the Childminder is very flexible and provides a tailored service that suits my family schedule and needs. I feel confident and safe leaving my daughter at this settings. My daughter enjoys, loves and looks forward to coming coming to the settings.
I will highly recommend Pauline to anyone looking for a safe, stimulated environment for their child to grow.
