Looking for someone who can take care of my child when I return to work (wont be until may 2025), was recommended to start looking at options now, so perhaps too early...? First time mum so very new to this.
Working hours for myself is full time (M-F), however this may change depending on support from work when I come back. Looking for someone who is local, has some flexibility with their care routine.
