About Me
Hi there, I’m Danielle, a mother of two in Eynsham, looking forward to meeting and supporting new families locally. I’ve had a career for 20 years working in dance, choreography, and dance therapy in hospitals and with older adults. Since relocating and becoming a Mum of two I have begun nannying and developing my portfolio working in childcare and early years education. I am currently completing my forest school training and apprenticeship in early years education. I al DBS checked and hold Public Liability Insurance.
I can provide support, care, and a proactive approach to looking after your children and their needs. I’m happy to work with you to create a schedule that will suit you and your little ones. I have days available with no other children, but if you are also looking for social connection for them, I am happy to look after more than one child together and alongside my own children in and around my own childcare support. Creating a village and a network for care is so important!
My Experience
I have many years experience working with children and young people. I have led projects and workshops in schools, with early years providers, and in SEN specialist settings. I have a passion for working inclusively, with disabled and neurodivergent young people and families, and I’m highly experienced in inclusive care practice. I am completing training in formal early years education currently.
My Qualifications
I hold a Masters degree in Dance, Politics and Sociology. I do not have formal qualifications for working with children but I have worked in schools, childcare settings, children’s hospitals, and many other formal settings with young people. I am highly experienced with inclusive and care filled approaches, and I have two children of my own.
My Availability
I have flexible availability on mornings, lunchtimes, and before school pick up. After school my availability is less flexible but I am happy to discuss your needs and see what arrangements could be made.
