About Me
I have over 25 years professional experience working in childcare as well as being a mother to three. I worked as a registered childminder for over 18 years as well as a nanny and most recently as a Nursery Teacher. I bring a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing approach to childcare. Your child’s well being and development are my top priority.
My Experience
Running a successful childcare business that served many local families & children. I provided good quality childcare from home and was part of a local childminding network supported by the local authority.
My childminding philosophy is centered around creating a loving and supportive environment. I believe in:
• Positive Reinforcement: Encouraging good behavior and building self-esteem through praise and rewards.
• Open Communication: Maintaining clear and open communication with parents to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
• Balanced Routine: Providing a balanced routine that includes educational activities, outdoor play, and quiet time to support well-rounded development.
