About Me
I am unable to provide childcare services during 2025 due to project managing on the domestic front. I will evaluate again in September.
I am a mum myself of three wonderful grown up children. I love animals and would have a menagerie if I could, but two cats and a dog have to suffice. I love gardening and growing vegetables, boating, skiing, flying and spending time with my children and extended family.
I love working with children, messy play- arts and crafts, reading and because of my preschool job I am very familiar with learning goals.
I have a small admin job keeping the accounts for a flying club, which habitually I do on a Monday, but its completely flexible so I can catch up with it at any time.
I am looking to provide parents with last minute assistance or ad-hoc days when needed.
I want parents to feel they have somebody else to call on for help when their existing arrangements fail or they just need someone to look after their children to cover a commitment.
Having been a working parent myself I understand that being reliant on one primary childcarer can be quite stressful . If I could have had somebody to call upon as a back up it would have eased so much worry for me.
I want to be your nanny in your pocket, to call on when you need some assistance.
My Experience
Social services elderly care for 10 years.
Penhurst School, looking after children with disabilities, involving all personal and social care within the boarding unit. This included physio, feeding tubes, and feeding of young adults amongst a lot of other care.
Eight years in a Pre-School setting, initially as a practitioner, then room leader until eventually Deputy Manager. I loved working with the children but the paperwork and legalities took me away from the children and kept me in the office for too long!
Since 2014 I have been nannying full time up until 2023. I had some time off to support my youngest through some health issues, but she is now working full time leaving me to continue where I left off :)
Other than my own children I have worked with babies from 2 months, up to and including teenage children.
My Qualifications
Level 3 childcare & preschool practice Grade A
Paediatric First aid Level 3 9VTQ) Training completed February 2024

My Availability
I am available week days for short term, ad- hoc non regular hours . Whilst I am not taking on any permanent fixed work
as I like the flexibility, please get in touch and we can have a chat about your needs and I will always help where I can.
I charge up to £14.00 per hour dependant on you location and requirements.

Angi is amazing. We have used her to help with both our toddler and our newborn baby. She is calm and kind and is clearly an absolute natural with children. She is also full of useful tips to help to manage a toddler! I instantly felt comfortable leaving our children under her care and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
