Niharika is very good at engaging little kids. She took care of my toddlers very nicely. There was a communication issue but she managed to reach on time, that's very responsible of her. She is hardworking and dependable.

Niharika has a natural ability to engage with children. Our toddler looked forward to her visits, and she brought creative activities and games to keep her entertained and stimulated.
Most importantly, she genuinely cares about children. Our toddler formed a strong bond with her, and it was clear that she treated her with affection and patience.She was always punctual and respectful to our house rules and routines.
Overall, we highly recommend Niharika to anyone looking for a dependable, nurturing babysitter.
