Professionally, I have over 10 years experience in a range of childcare settings having worked in a nursery, as a childminder and running my own crèche. I am a mum of 4 boys who are now all at school. From September 2024, I will have spaces available Tuesday - Thursday, term time only.

I am a level 3 qualified early years practitioner with a diploma in preschool practice. I was a childminder prior to opening Helping Hands Crèche, Petts Wood. This ran successfully for 5 years and I closed the Crèche when I was expecting my 4th child.

Tracy childminded my son Benjamin when i returned to work. I was so nervous but there was no need, Benjamin loved his days with Tracy. She would send me updates and photos showing me all the amazing places they had been and activities he had done.
When Tracy opened her creche my daughter attended on an adhoc basis and was always disappointed when it was time to go home.
We still see Tracy out and about and my children love to chat and tell her what they have been up to
Overall
Tracy looked after my twins on a regular basis for a couple of years at her crèche. The care she provided and the facilities that she set up were exemplary and they thrived in her care. She aways had something, fun, new and stimulating for them to get involved in and they thoroughly enjoyed their sessions with her.

Tracy looked after my daughter before she started school. The care she received was excellent. Tracy always did fun activities with her, sending lots of regular updates and photos to me during the time they were together. Tracy had lots of brilliant experience and was warm and fun with the kids. My daughter settled with her quickly and still loves her lots. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a wonderful child minder.
