The most wonderful and exceptional childminder

Anna is truly one of a kind, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an exceptional childminder for our son. From the very first day, she created a warm, nurturing, and safe space where he has blossomed beautifully. Her genuine love for children, paired with her creativity and gentle, caring nature, shines through in everything she does.

Each day with Anna is a joyful blend of learning, laughter, and play - whether it’s imaginative crafts, outdoor play, cosy story, and rhyme time, or exploring the woods. Our son always returns home full of smiles and stories, and each ‘Anna’ day, he is excited to go back. That kind of joy says everything about the experience he’s having in her care.

As a first-time mum raised in a Steiner household, it was so important to find someone open-minded and aligned with our values. The search felt impossible at times - I genuinely didn’t think we’d ever find ‘the one.’ But that changed the moment I stepped into Anna’s warm, loving home with my then nine-month-old son. Everything just clicked. I knew instantly he would be safe, supported, and deeply cared for with her.

Leaving your child in someone else’s care is never easy, especially for the first time - and it was something I found deeply emotional and difficult. But Anna went (and continues to go) above and beyond to make that transition easier for all of us. She visited us at home before he started, patiently guided us through settling-in sessions, and provided the consistent reassurance I needed - through kind words at drop-off, thoughtful messages, and regular updates that helped me stay connected throughout the day.

With Anna, our son moves from one loving home to another. He’s not only safe - but he’s also thriving. Anna doesn’t just give your child her heart; she gives you her whole self. This isn’t just a job to her - it’s a calling, and she pours her soul into every moment.

We are endlessly grateful for the love she shows our son and for the care she extends to us as a family. Thank you, Anna - for the countless updates, for your kind and comforting words at all hours, and for everything you've taught our son and us.

He’s now 19 months old, and I only wish he could stay with you forever.

Anna's Magical Moments

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Anna. She can connect with children in a special way from the very beginning, making the transition into childcare an easy and gentle process. She is always attentive, helpful, respectful, calm, positive and understanding. She provides a loving environment which stimulates curiosity, learning and independence. The activities and the toys are carefully chosen, bearing in mind the age of children and always respecting their interests and following their lead.
She encourages independent play, communication (she has recently taught my child some very useful sign language) and healthy emotional development.
I love the fact that she is truly passionate about early years education and gentle parenting techniques, and she is always reading and studying to know more. 
I really couldn't hope to find a better childminder than Anna: I truly recommend her to everyone in need of super-quality childcare.
