I am a father to a 3 year old child who has special needs. I work 9 - 5:30 Monday to friday.
My Requirements
We are looking for a childminder/provider who has special needs experience. Our child is non-verbal. He usually behaves okay but sometimes has tantrums. His main issue is that he lacks social skills due to his inability to speak, which affects him when around others. We are looking for someone who can deal with his additional needs as well as giving him social experience with other children to help build those social skills. He also likes to dress 'feminine' with dresses and tights etc. We are looking for 1 or 2 days a week from 8 until 6 ish, but this is flexible. This is to give him experience with other people and children to build up his ability to socialise
