I am looking for a flexible childminder who can look after my son for couple of hours when me and my husband interchange shifts.

My son is 3 year old. He is a fun, jolly and very chatty boy. He can communicate so it won’t be hard to look after him. However, when it’s his first time to meet you he’s shy at first but would mingle thereafter when he feels safe.
