I am an easy-going, organised, reliable, fun and creative person with a passion for working with children. I think proactively and can handle unexpected changes in schedule or situation, calmly and confidently. When working with children my main priority is that the children feel loved and confident in who they are. It is important to me that they have fun and equally in amongst the business of their days have a calm environment to come home to. I always aim to be consistent and kind however am comfortable setting fair and firm boundaries when needed.
I have an appreciation for living and working in clean spaces. I am an excellent organiser and cleaner, taking initiative on general housekeeping duties.
I hold a Paediatric First Aid Certificate. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Design with Honours in Spatial Design, another passion of mine and a career I hope to pursue later in life.
I know that with the right family, I can create a positive experience for both the parents and their children.
My Experience
Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Nursery, Reception and Primary School environment. Often working with children who have high special education needs. Additionally, I am a Nanny Housekeeper, with experience working for 3 families with children aged 11months - 12 years old. I also have a passion for teaching young athletes in sports with 5 years of gymnastics and cheerleading coaching.
