Myself & my partner both work full time from home, juggling the care of our gorgeous baby girl (born August 2024) between us, with some additional adhoc help from her grandparents. We are looking for a more structured childcare routine for 2025, with a small amount of help from a local childminder, possibly 2 mornings per week.
