Ayurvedic Birth & Postnatal Doula and Herbalist. Rooted in the principle of “Mothering the Mother”, my sessions are focused on the birther’s healing and wellbeing. Each session includes a mini-consultation based on where you are in your process, followed by a tailored massage, herbal beverages, belly binding and uterine/perineal healing. Ayurvedic Lifestyle advice (including movement, meditation, and nutrition) are included. Meal Planning is available upon request.
My Experience
Today, I have completed over 3000 hours in guiding women through their childbearing years with Ayurveda.

1500hrs + in Ayurvedic Health Care

My Availability
For packages, I am available most mornings and afternoons. When you hire me as your birth Doula, I will drop everything to attend to your birth. I am on standby around the clock from wk 38 onwards and continue to be available for virtual support in-between meetings, too.

My Fees
- Doulas from £50.00 per hour
Rather than charging per hour, I prefer to work with packages. Payments are for 6, 12 or 18 sessions and include the labour on my behalf for preparation and travel. Looking for Ayurvedic Meal Planning and herbal support only? Get in touch to discuss your best price.
