I will describe myself as a modern-day Mary Poppins with an even bigger heart and smile. I help children learn through play and enjoy their childhood. My compassion, along with my good nature, has blessed me with patience and empathy to work within any child-related role. I believe that with the right guidance, children can be encouraged to exceed expectations. I have over ten years of extensive experience working with babies and young children. I own my Ofsted-registered childcare business and have attained all the relevant qualifications, documentation, and certificates, including an enhanced DBS. I currently work in a primary school.

We honestly can't recommend Aella highly enough.
We needed someone at very late notice as our five year old daughter got sick the day I went back to work after maternity leave (talk about timing!)
Aella was very prompt and efficient in organising, and took the time to send all her info in the evening so we could be ready early the next morning.
She was also amazing with our daughter and organised loads of fun, stimulating and educational activities - they were even learning about European flags on the second day.
This was actually the very first time our daughter has had a babysitter, but Aella made her feel so comfortable. We asked our daughter what the favourite thing she did with Aella was, and she said "everything".
We won't hesitate to reach out again when we need to. Thanks so much Aella, you made a stressful situation so much easier.
