My Requirements
A friendly working family are looking for a qualified, strong, sharp, reliable and responsible nanny to care for their only 20 month son.
Someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
We would love someone who has SOLID experience with children, easy-going, confident and enthusiastic! Our ideal candidate would be a really engaging person who loves interacting with little ones.
Flexibility is key as we don't work in standard 9 - 5 jobs so it would be important that the nanny is open to working mornings at first, and potentially in the future to accompany them at events at weekends and possibly holidays.
The nanny will be fully responsible for their son in their home so will need to create a structure and routine for his day, hence be involved with tasks such as help dividing his time between indoor and outdoor play, engage him in educational age-appropriate activities, such as games, crafts, reading to him, teaching him to talk, feeding him healthy and nutritious meals and snacks, toy organisation, arranging playdates, taking him to local classes and activities if needed. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise, and a clean and organised environment.
He thrives on routine so it will be the Nannie’s job to implement this. He is a really happy, outgoing, bubbly, strong, boisterous toddler with who loves learning new things and activities. He has a short attention span so keeping him entertained is key !
Also small amounts of light-housework might be required - general tidying up.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nanny looking for a part-time role!
And the right ‘FIT’ person will be looked after !
