About Me
I am a friendly, compassionate and understanding tutor who is here to help boost both confidence and understanding in a range of subjects from KS3 to GCSE level. I have mostly tutored Biology, Chemistry, English and History in the past, but I am happy to discuss lesson plans for other subjects if desired.
I have also worked as both a babysitter and nanny (I was an au pair in Italy for 9 months!) so I would also be interested in offering services a babysitter/childminder. Please note: I have experience working with children above the age of 4 years.
My Experience
I have over 4+ years of experience tutoring in both secondary schools and privately on a 1:1 basis. I also tutored during the COVID-19 pandemic, so have plenty of experience tutoring remotely (should travel and/or distance be an issue).
My Qualifications
I have 11 GCSEs (A*- B grades, inc. Maths & English), A Levels (A - C, Biology, Chemistry, History and Art) and a BA Biological Sciences (w Hons) 2:1.
