Hello I’m Nic I live in the south west , I have a husband, 3 older children and a lovely dog Olive.
I am really experienced as I have worked my whole career in nursing and child care
I am calm reliable and have a great sense of humour I would describe myself as easy going and able to fit into any family dynamics
I can offer so much experience and support to new parents as well as experienced parents and am looking to fill some weakness working as a maternity nurse don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions
My Experience
25 years as a paediatric nurse , specialising in special care / neonatal babies
Worked as a maternity nurse in the uk and abroad and experience as a nanny in the south of France for 4 years previous to nurse training
I now work as a children’s community nurse 4 days a week and have babies and children with complex care needs and life long congenital conditions
I have worked in a special care baby unit so have preterm experience and maternity support experience
I love my job and really enjoy maternity nursing and supporting new parents
I am calm mannered and easy going with a good sense of humour , I would describe myself as dedicated to my role as children’s nurse and experienced in most aspects of child care and Nursing
My Qualifications
Diploma in children’s Nursing Plymouth university 1996-1999
BTEc nursery nursing 2 year course Exeter college 1990
BTEc care course 1 year Exeter College 1989
My Availability
Saturday Sunday Monday every week can travel up Friday nights
