About Me
Hello. My name is Laura. I am a Mum of two boys ages 6 and 1. I live with my my husband and our Labrador.
I have previously worked in childcare, with over 6 years experience as a childminding assistant. I have recently been inspected by Ofsted and awaiting my registration number and certificate, however accepting enquires now for childcare from August 2025.
Having two children of my own, I understand first hand the needs families have, finding the perfect care for your child.
I offer a 'Home from home' setting with a dedicated playroom for the children to explore, learn and develop. The children will also have daily access to a child friendly enclosed rear garden, with toys, activities and play equipment. We will also often visit local parks, the seaside, zoo plus many more, as part of our daily activities.
I follow the EYFS, providing activities and experiences to support your child's individual learning and development.
My Experience
I have over 6 years experience working as a childminders assistant, alongside being a Mum to two children of my own. I am soon to be fully registered with Ofsted, enabling me to provide Childcare in my own home.
I have multiple qualifications, which has given me very good knowledge of child development and working with individual children, some with complex needs.
I will work closely with you, to ensure you and your child are fully supported and ensure I have good knowledge of your child's likes and needs before you leave them in my care.

My Availability
My working days are Monday- Friday 7:30am- 5:00pm.
