About Me
I love teaching maths. I love seeing my students succeed in maths, particularly when they've not had the best start, or have a barrier to learning, like autism or dyscalculia.
I have 15 years experience of teaching in secondary schools in the UK, mostly in challenging settings. I have been lead practitioner (school maths leader), head of department and director of maths and numeracy.
I am now tutoring children from primary school right up to A-Level either at home or online and I treat every student and every lesson with the same focus and dedication - whatever their age or learning experience.

My Experience
Director of maths and numeracy at a large secondary school. Teaching from Year 7 to Year 13. Curriculum design for mathematics, including a support curriculum for lower attainers. Qualified Teacher Status. Excellent results at both GCSE and A-Level, with students going on to study at Oxbridge, Russell group and other Universities. Enhanced DBS (annual update service).
