About Me
It's just me and my 10 year old, plus a cat. Both on ADHD pathway for assessments, he's been out of school for 2 years, we have an EHCP but still waiting for support.
My Requirements
I need reliable and consistent respite - ideally Ofsted registered so I can claim the costs back
Probably a mixture of playing video games, encouraging him to get outside in playful ways, the occasional excursion.
But also sometimes just being in the house to keep him safe whilst I go out, as he sometimes just wants his own space.
I'm also happy to try getting him to a different setting, so if there's the option of bringing him to you and him being with a couple of other children, that might be possible. He would also probably respond to a variety each week so it would be great if you could play it by ear and suggest new things.
I've ticked every day and nearly every box because I'd appreciate anything!
