My Requirements

We are looking for a full-time, live-out nanny for our lovely 21-month-old boy. Both my husband and I work from home in our home offices, and we’re seeking someone warm, proactive, and experienced to care for our son.

? Location: Maidenhead
? Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
? Start: ASAP
? Commitment: Ideally 1 year minimum (longer preferred)
? Salary: £30,420.00 gross per year
? Contract includes: Holidays, pension, and other benefits per UK employment law

? Who We're Looking For:
Someone with nursery or childcare experience, who is either starting their nanny career or has some nanny experience

A candidate who is active, kind, patient, and able to handle sole-charge care with confidence

? Key Responsibilities:

Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities (shapes, colors, numbers, messy play, etc.)

Taking our son out for local activities (toddler groups, parks, forest school, etc.)

Tidy-up duties related to the child (bedroom, toys, highchair, laundry, etc.)

Cooking nutritious, fresh meals for our son (no salt, sugar, pork, or processed foods)

We don’t micromanage — we’re looking for a self-starter who enjoys taking initiative

We’re open to feedback and collaboration

? About Our Son:

He is a calm, polite, and curious toddler who thrives in an environment full of exploration and learning. He loves trying different foods and staying active all day. We’re beginning our potty training journey, and would love your support. Our previous nanny (with us for 9 months) played a huge part in shaping his positive personality. We hope to find someone equally invested.
