My name is Leah, and I live in Brislington, Bristol, with my fiancé and 3 daughters.
Who's ages are 18, 12, and 5.
This is a family run business with my 18 year old daughter working alongside me as my assistant.
Childcare has always been my passion, which is why I trained after leaving school, and it’s still my passion over 20 years later.
Over the years, I’ve worked in various nurseries and have spent most of them as management.
I’ve also previously run a successful childminding business, and I've come back to it as I really enjoy and miss it.
I run a home from home environment and believe children should be able to explore the toys and their surroundings freely, this allows them to become independent and to explore their individuality.
I provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all snacks, this ensures all the children are eating the same and that they are nutritious.

My Experience
I have 22 years experience in the childcare industry. I have spent 15 of them in private day nurseries where i started off unqualified and worked my way up into management position. I also ran my own successful childminding business in 2008 & 2012 as well as a nannying for a lovely family.

£7 per hour, all year round

All inclusive of meals, snacks and outings.
