About Me
Now an Ofsted registered Nanny, I am a retired Nurse and left the NHS in December 2023. I was a working parent and I understand how important and reassuring it is for your child to be cared for in a safe and nurturing environment in your own home, in familiar surroundings while you are out or at work. I have three grown up children and three step grandchildren. I have an Enhanced DBS certificate, am Paediatric First Aid trained, have Nanny Insurance and am Ofsted registered. I would love to help you with your little ones whether that is on a regular basis or for ad hoc childcare or babysitting. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
My Experience
I have 30 years experience as a nurse caring for children and adults, and am currently a Nanny to a wonderful 9 month old baby boy 2 days a week and a gorgeous 1 year old boy 1 day a week. I have experience with newborns, babies and toddlers and, as a School Nurse, with children aged 4-16. I have a working knowledge of child development, child health, safeguarding and Paediatric first aid. I have availability on Wednesdays and Fridays, evenings/overnight and occasional weekends
