My Experience

I am a university graduate where I have a bachelor's degree in child and youth development and a minor in psychology. I have previously worked in a multitude of childcare settings. I worked in a daycare, as well as a school and have many years of private nannying as well. I have recently worked with children ages 2-16 in daycare and tutoring sessions as well as nannying children ages 2 months -14 years. I have experience in both live in and live out private nannying and am looking forward to hearing about your needs for an au pair!

During my work as a nannying as well as my university work, I have been exposed to many children and understand a need for individual needs. I love children and playing with them brings me great joy. My favourite part of the past couple of years I have been graduated has been putting my degree to use and helping children blossom. I am able to implement reasonable boundaries/rules and educational games or activities if you would like, as well as simpler tasks such as driving to actitivities, preparing basic meals etc

I have many hobbies, such as swimming, playing the guitar (kind of mediocrely but trying to get better). I am trying to rollerblade and enjoy reading. I do a lot of hiking and love anything outdoors!
