Messaging on a private messaging as we established her permanent start and timings that will happen in the new year.
I was giving her days for a few trial run this week and how many times I’ll need her temporarily until I permanently will need someone in the New Year which is a week or two away for the.
She last minutely decided she doesn’t wanna do temporary and wants permanent position which I am offering and decided to let me down when I have a massive work commitment on New Year’s Day so now having to find someone quickly to look after my two children on New Year’s Day in a few days is very hard and very unlikely thank you very much I do feel like you should message her via the app and not privately so this is all documented.
Completely letdown.

Apologies for all of the above as you have stated. I do have contacted several times earlier to you for confirming the dates but lastly yesterday you replied me still i waited patiently for your response...We already had the conversation and confirmed working before the review. I cannot confirm last minute urgently i need to check whether i have finalized anyone else babysitting. As i am still working not finished the contract.
I am sorry so much if something that disappointed you.

Initial contact was ok. We tried to book a zoom call, Brinda didn't show up. Did not say she was running late or even apologized. When I asked if she was going to attend the zoom call, she simply said "I'm outside at the moment" and then I was unable to reach her. There was no need for it. She could have rescheduled the call or said that she wasn't available anymore.
