I am looking for a childminder to care for my daughter who will be 10 months old when I return back to work in November. My partner works a full time job and I will be returning to work part time but I am on shift pattern. At this moment in time I am not able to provide days or times we will need our daughter to be looked after as I am having discussions with my employer.
