Hello, I’m Mehek Im a full time care taker for my grandma. I've always wanted to become a childcare practitioner, I enjoy working with children and watching them grow and thrive. I’m also very knowledgeable about child development, which helps me create age-appropriate activities tailored to children's interests. I’m a big believer in positive reinforcement and love helping little ones reach their fullest potential. In my personal time I love to cook and try new recipes, go out with my friends, and play board games with my friends and family.
My Experience
I have a lot of experience in this field. My goal was to become a childcare practitioner, but I had to put my education on hold in order to take care of my elderly grandmother, who was bedridden. During my studies, I attained a qualification in Children and Young People Social Services, and I also worked along side childcare practitioners looking after children 0-5m to 2-5yrs in a nursery environment while on placement.
