Hello! I'm Lara. I have been working in the childcare sector in the Wandsworth area for over 16 years. Within this time, I have gained experience in working with babies and children primarily between 0-6 years old in a variety of settings including private nurseries, primary schools and private nannying jobs. I create and maintain positive relationships with the families I work with beyond our time working together including occasional babysitting.
I am a well-organised individual who is confident and competent and can work unsupervised. I work extremely well under pressure, have strong leadership and teamwork skills and the ability to encourage and motivate others.
