My Summary

My Experience

I usually start work placement at 8.00am to 3.00pm. I went there early to help them set up classrooms and children before the kids arrived at the nursery. When I was in year 10, I had to do a work placement for two weeks. During my work placement I did the following responsibilities at a nursery called Bear Hugs Day Nursery at Plumstead. I Help Staff puts babies and toddlers to sleep. Feeding babies, toddlers, the food I was told to give them. Helping in nursery Kitchen. Watching how the Staff change babies and how to keep children safe. I helped children with their Numeracy and Literacy. Encouraging children to eat their vegetables and fruits. Assisting children in practicing Writing Their Alphabet and Names. Reading Stories Books for Children. Playing games such as dress up, play cooking and role plays with them and soft plays. Singing nursery songs Such; the wheels on the bus, Old McDonald had a farm and rhymes.

My Qualifications

I have childcare qualifications and health and social care qualifications.

My Availability

I am looking for a part time job as a babysitter I am available Mondays, Fridays and the weekends as well as summer holidays and half terms.

• Babysitting from £30.00 per hour
