About Me
I am 22 years old and have recently moved back home after graduating from Durham University. I am reliable, nurturing, and empathetic, and am passionate about providing the best care for children. My main hobbies throughout my life have been dancing and music, so am always keen to help children develop through physical activity and the arts. Currently, I am completing my dance teacher training so am looking for employment alongside, that will compliment this and pull on my previous experience.
My Experience
In my teenage years I assisted at dance classes, working with children from 2 to 18 years, and have continued to do this, also now having sole teaching responsibility. Because of this, I am DBS checked and first aid trained. After school, before moving to university, I worked as a TA in a primary school for a year, and as a carer for a family member with additional needs. At university, I completed a placement in a school for children with additional needs. I am now completing my dance teacher training, which alongside the teaching of dance also encompasses child development (physical and emotional) and basic safeguarding. Additionally, I have also been babysitting for many years in my local area, have taught piano and dance, have worked in schools, worked in hospitality, and continue to attend many courses within my dance teaching job.

My Availability
On a week to week basis, I am available Wednesdays until 3pm, and anytime Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. I can be available for the occasional Monday afternoon/evening, and Saturday evenings. During the school holidays, I am flexible and available everyday.
