My partner and I have a gorgeous 7-m.o. boy. I am starting to think about my options for returning to work but I'm not keen on the rigidity and impersonal feel of nurseries, or how expensive they are!
My Requirements
As a freelancer, my hours are irregular, so I'm keen to find flexibility in my childcare arrangements. I don't know exactly which days/hours I will need right now so ideally I'm looking for a few people who might have ad hoc availability when I get jobs.
If I do become able to commit to specific days each week, I'd need to be able to make use of the government's 15 funded hours.
