My Experience
After running & managing a 50+ place nursery provision as manager, SENco & DSL (designated safeguarding lead), and working in multiple early years provisions with children aged 0-11 I have vast experience of working with a huge range of children with different needs & abilities. I have spent many a time working with children in a paid and voluntary position including babysitting, nannying and teaching for many years. After which, has given me a sound knowledge and understanding of what I believe children truly need in order to become confident and resilient enough in their worlds to find their own feet and embrace who they are.
