About Me
I am a Mother of twin boys and a daughter, so fully appreciate the difference a good night's sleep can make! That's what sparked my passion to become a Night Nanny.
I'm here to completely transform those difficult early days of parenthood by making sure you are rested and able to do the amazing job you do, day in day out.
Sleep easy knowing your baby(ies) are in safe hands with a gentle, experienced carer who completely respects ALL your wishes.
As well as a night nanny I am a post natal Doula (@You.Doula.You) so am birth trauma informed, breast and bottle feeding support trained, can offer birth debrief, nutritionally tailored healing postpartum meals and can signpost onto local services to support you even further.
I run a monthly bottle feeding support group to help parents with their feeding journey, however they wish to do it. Through this group I have learnt a one size fits all approach just won't cut it when it comes to providing help to parents, we need to be listening to parents and to encourage they know what's best for their children, they already have the answers we just need to support them to be able to act in them.
My Experience
I have worked with families in the Postpartum Period for almost a year now providing ad-hoc care throughout Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire.
I love nothing more than to leave a household knowing everyone is rested, happy and in a better place than when I arrived.
My own personal experience of having 3 children under the age of 3 absolutely gives me the edge having that challenging juggle of multiple very young children.
