About Me
We are a family of 4 with two little girls aged 3 and a half and 19 months. Our oldest girl has Additional Need and is Non-Verbal (under assessment), our youngest has been Breastfed and has separation anxiety but no concerns for Additional Needs or development
My Requirements
We need someone that our daughters can spend a few weeks getting used to before we leave them alone with someone. Our oldest is very sociable despite her Additional Needs, however our youngest is a bit more difficult towards people and may need quite a few weeks to get used to someone before taking that next step. As time goes on we will gradually increase the amount of time the sitter is left alone with them and this may increase into the bedtime routine with an evening or overnight sit. Our sitter needs to be patient with this as we’d like to go with our children’s pace. Of course any time the sitter spends with us will be paid your hourly rate whether we are there or not, we have great respect for anyone taking the time to help us as we just need someone reliable for a break from time to time and do not have the support from family/friends.
