Hi,
My name’s Louise and I’m based in Shrewsbury!
I have varied experience and enjoy working with children. I have younger siblings who I looked after when they were younger, as well as experience mentoring primary and secondary school aged children whilst working for university summer schools. Recently I was also teaching English as a foreign language whilst travelling around South East Asia.
I’m a Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) by background, working with adults but currently looking for childcare work, babysitting in the evenings or weekends. I can also help with teaching English.
I enjoy cooking and baking so I would be happy to prepare meals or do this as an activity if needed.

My Experience
I have experience babysitting for babies up to teenagers, helping with homework, cooking and doing housework. I have previous experience as an aupair for a 5 year old in Spain in addition to working with children with speech and language difficulties whilst training to be an SLT.
Whilst I was away I also taught english as a foreign language to primary and secondary aged children in Thailand and Vietnam.
If you have pets, I am also able to help with walking dogs.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in Speech and Language Therapy (Speech and Language Sciences BSc)
My Availability
I’m currently working full time monday-friday and free evenings around 5:30pm onwards and weekends. I am away from 25th June - 1st July

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
If evening babysitting is required, depending how late and where you live this may cost slightly extra due to travel costs and unsociable hours
