About Me
Hi my name is Jenna, I'm 32 years old and live in the Great Barr area. I have one son called Kylon and he is 4 years old. I have just started up this childcare business although I will be working with my mom from her home address, she is also a registered childminder and has 23 years experience. We also have my sister, Shannon who works with us both and she is in the process of becoming a childminder too.
My Experience
I have been working with children since I was 17 and did my level 2 in a nursery setting and then become my moms assistant, then I did my level 3 along side my mom as her assistant and I've been working here since so about 15 years experience.
My Qualifications
I have my level 2 & 3 in childcare. I am first aid trained and I do go on regular training which you can see certificates for when you visit my setting.
My Availability
I am currently available for new starters. I am offering funding from September 2024 for all ages. ( you will need to check you're eligible & if provide me with your funding code )

My Fees

My fees are usually set amounts for days/half days but fees can be negotiated once I know what days and times you require.

Jen has been nothing but amazing. My little girl has been with her since January and she settled instantly. Jen keeps me informed with messages and pictures of my daughter throughout the day which is amazing. My little girls father passed away recently and Jen was so understanding and supportive every step of the way. Since being with Jen, her development has progressed so quickly alongside her talking. She gets so excited to go to Jens, she loves it that much I even struggle getting her to leave! As she wants to stay.
I couldn’t be anymore thankful for everything Jen and the girls have done with my daughter.

Jenna has been my daughters childminder for 7 months now and she absolutely adores her, we are so lucky to have found Jenna - she is everything I could have wished for and more when looking for a childminder. My daughter’s development has been amazing since attending here and she’s regularly taken out to playgroups and other activities. Jenna goes above and beyond for the children she looks after and my daughter is very happy here, so much so it’s sometimes a battle at pick up time as she doesn’t want to come home! Thank you Jenna for being my child’s safe space
