I also have a background in competitive swimming and enjoy yoga, so I'm comfortable with active play and ensuring safety around water. Plus, I’m a skilled designer and seamstress, so I can even teach some fun sewing projects! Overall, I'll bring a blend of creativity, responsibility, and enthusiasm to babysitting.
My Experience
I have extensive experience in babysitting, starting from a young age when I took care of my sister who has Down syndrome. This involves assisting her with bathing, preparing meals while managing her allergies, taking her on trips, and helping her with the bathroom. I’ve always ensured she is safe, happy, and well-cared for, and these responsibilities have helped me develop a strong sense of responsibility and care early on. I love her dearly and love being with her This experience has made me confident in my ability to care for children with a wide range of needs. I have also cared for kids without additional needs within the family. And further volunteered at a special needs charity for kids called the Springboard Project which meant being on 1-1 care with varied ages and disabilities while they had some fun doing activities.
