About Me

I am a keen university student studying Nursing at the University of Glasgow who is keen to adapt and improve their skills and abilities. Furthermore, I am someone with incredible time management and a great work ethic. Moreover, I have worked with all types of members of the public for example, I have worked with the elderly during my time at university, spending 5 weeks on a care of the elderly ward. I developed my communication skills, adapting my tone and use of language to suit whoever I am talking to. I have furthermore spent 6 weeks alongside health visiting staff. During my time at school, I learned Spanish up to Higher level and French up to Advanced Higher level. Continuing my passion for languages, I am learning Makaton to be able to communicate with people with additional needs. As part of my Nursing course at university, I have achieved a certificate in Moving and Handling and Basic Life Support (CPR) amongst other further accreditations. I have also obtained a valid PVG in order for me to work with certain members of the population.
