My Requirements

You will be working in the house with at least one of mum and Dad, usually both. The ideal hours are 3-8pm three days a week, possibly up to five days a week.

The first hour will probably be spent entertaining the babies while mum catches up on laundry in the room next door while Dad collects the big kids from school.

We’d love to give the big kids some attention when they come home so you’ll most likely continue with the babies until it’s time to feed them which mum will share with you while Dad cooks dinner. Then it’s homework, play time, bath and bed time support as needed. The final hour will hopefully see the babies asleep and there’ll be a division of labour, clearing up of dinner things, making milk in bulk for the night and morning, putting toys in their place and maybe setting up an activity for the morning.

We’d love a Nanny who is happy to be left to it when with the babies and has initiative and energy to keep things new for them (which we find a struggle at this age!), while also being happy to take instruction and do some of the non-baby tasks required.

This is a new role so we aren’t sure where you’ll best be utilised but we are looking for a third team member to lighten our load so that all five children can have more one to one attention :)
