About Me

My name is Anahita. I am French and math teacher. I have been a full time home tutor for many years now. Working alongside the school curriculum to support your child fully, I provide individualized lesson plans, strengthen knowledge and improve understanding of topics studied at school.
I also provide more challenging work, where appropriate. I give comprehensive feedback after each lesson and set achievable homework goals to establish thorough learning of key concepts. In time, children grow in confidence and they begin to flourish and become focused young people.
I would say that foreign languages are my passion and I believe that this might be helpful with bilingual families. I am a reliable person, very patient with children and trustworthy to parents. Calmness and good organisation are absolutely crucial to achieving good results with children and I am certain that I possess both characteristics. Paying attention to every child’s individual needs is my commitment and priority. I am convinced that it lets her/him build thorough knowledge, get the best results in the educational process, as well as have fun and plenty of happy experiences. On the other hand, I am also full of ideas about how to manage difficulties one might encounter working with over-brimming with energy children.
