About Me
I am 18 years old and looking for a full-time job in childcare. I have always loved the idea of working with children and I understand how important it is for parents to have a trustworthy caring person looking after their kids, and I'm looking forwards to meeting and building relationships with families.
My Experience
I have not worked in childcare before, however I come from a big family where I have plenty of experience helping with my cousins, as well as looking after my younger brother. Also, as my brother has autism, I have a good understanding of caring for a child with special needs, though I do understand every child has different needs and requirements.
My Qualifications
I completed my GCSEs receiving grade B or C in most, and an A in Health and Social Care. I began my A Levels but elected to leave school part-way through my first year as I decided I would be better off working and getting some hands-on experience.
My Availability
I am pretty flexible with working hours, and am available all hours weekdays, and could do some saturdays and sundays too. However I do not drive so would not be able to do school drop-off/pick-ups unless it's within walking distance.
