My name is Tina and I live in 52 Coleridge Street, Kensington, Liverpool. I enjoy skiing, traveling, music, artistic activities such as painting, drawing and ceramics, and I love the outdoors! Some of my hobbies also include yoga, reading, organizing and mentoring. I have a bachelor's degree in English Studies as a Second Language which I received in Benson Idahosa University, Benin, Nigeria in the year 2016.
My Experience
I have worked as an English teacher in Messiah College Secondary School and Holy Spirit Catholic High School for four years. Starting with first graders and moving on with adults and teenagers, but always loved to work with kids. Throughout my experience I learned so much about myself, and about what I want to do with my life, which is to work with people. I am outgoing, passionate, I have great work ethic, and I love people (especially) kids!
I have lots of experience with kids, including babysitting for friends, family, and coworkers. I have worked with children in classroom-like settings as an afterschool art program assistant. I find children to be very fun, entertaining and energizing! I have cared for children as young as 4 months and up to 8 years of age. I enjoy encouraging kids to be creative with stimulating activities such as painting, coloring, reading, and exploring outside. I think it is important for children to try different activities and expand their horizons, and I love being a part of that! I will create a fun, imaginative, and consistent environment for your children, and I look forward to meeting your family!
